We have used Nick for a new furnace, hot water tank, gas install and now duct work. First class all the way. Before and after pics. Our furnace stopped working on a freezing Saturday night, of course it always happens at the worst time! Dylan from Kemptville Heating & AC came out to assess the situation. He was extremely punctual, and I loved that we received arrival estimates via email; it was great to know exactly when to expect them.
The issue was quite complex, but Dylan worked tirelessly to diagnose and resolve it. He was professional, calm, and happy to answer all my questions. The following day, Brad joined him, and they successfully tackled what was a very challenging repair. This company truly cares about its customers. As a bonus, Dylan was incredibly patient with our cat, who insisted on 'supervising' the work! Highly recommended. Thank you so much!!

Our furnace broke a month after moving in. Brad came to diagnose the problem and order the part needed to be changed. Jon came in 3 days later to install it. Both are really knowledgeable and very nice. As a new homeowner, I had a lot of questions and concerns but Jon and Brad answered them all. They also gave me tips on what to do to maintain my hvac system well.
I also called their office a couple of times and everyone that answered my call were really nice and accommodating. They processed my request immediately. I couldn't asked for a better service.
